At our store, we want you to shop with confidence. We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unworn and unused
- Original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided (such as order confirmation or receipt)
Please note that items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or stained after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs (Domestic & International)
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returns, including but not limited to:
- Return shipping fees
- Packaging costs
- Insurance fees (if applicable)
- Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (for international returns)
Please note:
- Customs duties and import taxes charged during shipping are the customer's responsibility according to each country's customs regulations.
- If an international return cannot be completed due to customs documentation issues or shipping restrictions, the item may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- The wrong item
- Shipping damage

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-order items
- Custom-sized items
- Personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please note:
- Our kimono remake products are one-of-a-kind pieces. Returns based on pattern placement, texture variations, or individual character of the fabric will not be accepted.
- Natural weaving irregularities, nep textures, color variations, or vintage characteristics of kimono fabrics are not considered defects.
Customs & Import Regulations (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to delays or customs restrictions depending on the destination country.
If an order is refused by customs, rejected by the recipient, or returned due to import restrictions, we may issue a refund after deducting shipping fees, customs charges, return shipping fees, and other related expenses.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability.
Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, identical replacements may not be available.
In such cases, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
For Customers in the European Union (EU)
European Union customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- Tags must still be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note that custom-made or personalized items may be exempt from the EU cooling-off period under applicable laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–16 business days.
